Payment

All sales prices are in U.S. dollars. I accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, MC, Amex & Discover) and PayPal.

Shipping

SHIPPING: Ship times depend on the size of the item. All items will be shipped within 10 days of the order confirmation.  

LOST/DAMAGED: Once an item is shipped, TruPalette is no longer responsible for delays, lost items, damage, custom hold-ups or rejections. If your package is lost or damaged, please work with your local post office to file a claim. Please allow up to 8 weeks for packages to be delivered if an order is internationally traveling. If any item shipped is damaged at the fault of TruPalette, TruPalette will refund the customer after the item is returned within 10 days of receipt. TruPalette is not responsible for and will not reimburse postage costs for returned merchandise. 
 

Refunds and Exchanges

To Refund an item or exchange an item, email TruPalette (jordanne@jtrupalette.com). Unused, undamaged items will be refunded. TruPalette is not responsible and will not reimburse postage costs unless the costs incurred are due to the company’s error.
